A deposit of one night or half-of a multi-night stay plus tax is charged at time of booking. The balance is payable upon check-in.

Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. A service fee of $25 is charged for all cancellations.

Minimum stay 1 night except holiday and peak summer weekends when two night minimum is in effect

Maximum stay 30 nights

No smoking in the inn

5% discount for AAA and AARP

10% discount for Always Come Back Rewards guests
